Bobcat Australia revolutionises the Australian loader market with the introduction of the new A300 all-wheel steer loader (AWS). The A300 offers both all wheel steer and skid steer drive options with just a flick of a switch. The A300 while in all-wheel steer mode has a turning circle diameter of 7010 mm. and with it in skid steer mode the turning circle diameter is just 4839 mm.

The A300 was designed to accommodate users, who require less tyre wear, little ground disturbance and quicker cycle times and is best suited in applications such as asphalt and paving, landscaping, material handling, municipalities and waste management.

Bobcat company's revolutionary four steerable axles is achieved by hydraulic cylinders controlling the wheel angle; The inside tyres turn at a different angle and speed than outside tyres. Both right and left sides work together to minimise tyre wear resulting in less turf damage and disturbance.

Equipped with a 60.4 kW. Kubota turbo-charged liquid cooled, tier two compliant diesel engine. Also as standard a two speed transmission the A300 is capable of reaching travel speeds of 19.9 km/h. in high range and 11.3 km/h. in low range resulting in much faster cycle times when compared to other loaders in it's class.

The A300 has the manoeuvrability of a skid steer loader and all the benefits of an all-wheel loader and is similar in size and structure to the popular Bobcat S250 loader. Also the A300 has the same vertical lift path design as the S250, which provides all round visibility, superior lift height of 3211 mm. and forward reach of 864 mm. making it ideal for truck loading or unloading.

The A300 has an operating capacity of 1361 kg. , a tipping load of 2722 kg. , an operating weight of 3788 kg. and hydraulic pump capacity of 75,7 L/min. This combined with the options of two speeds and steering modes makes the Bobcat A300 the most versatile Loader on the market.

With its low effort joy stick control system the A300 provides the operator with superior control over high-performance attachments, that include the mower, chipper, planer, Brushcat rotary cutter, stump grinder and wheel saw.

The A300 was designed to maximise operator comfort with factory installed enclosed cab with heater, a comfortable, adjustable suspension seat, two speed transmission, hydraulic bucket positioning and a hand lever and foot pedal for engine speed control.
