New Bobcat Hard-Hitting Breakers

Bobcat Australia has introduced two new Breakers - the Bobcat B700 and B850, which are designed for use on both Bobcat Excavators and Loaders. The new Breakers are the hardest-hitting Breakers in their respective Impact Energy classes. Designed specifically with the dedicated demolition contractor in mind, the new Breakers are ideal for breaking up concrete and asphalt quickly and efficiently.

Engineered for long life, high reliability and low maintenance, the new Breakers produce low recoils and minimal pressure spikes to the tool carriers.

Unique piston shape produces more breaking power. The new Bobcat Breakers feature a unique piston shape with three different diameters. The diameter of the piston gets progressively larger from bottom to top. The piston shape produces a trapezoidal shock wave that delivers more energy at the end of each piston stroke, resulting in a concentrated impact force for better breaking of the material.

New bladder-style accumulators maintain constant nitrogen charge. The new bladder-style system is an improvement over the seal-type system on the previous Bobcat Breaker line. The bladder-style system eliminates slow leaks and ensures that the Breakers maintain constant nitrogen charge pressure over time.

Industry-first Loader X Change Mount

The hydraulic Breakers feature the Bobcat Loader X-Change Mount. The Mount System allows certain Bobcat compact Excavator Attachments to be used on Bobcat Loaders. Ideal for rental yards or contractors using both Bobcat Loaders and compact Excavators interchangeably, the new system improves utilisation by allowing operators to mount the same Attachment on either tool carrier. When the Bobcat Breakers are used on a Loader's X-Change Mount enables both horizontal and vertical breaking.
