Bobcat Australia extends the S series range of skid steer loaders with the introduction of the new S130 Skid Steer Loader. With the same dimensions 1956 mm in height, 3059 mm in length with bucket and 1524 mm in width, the S130 replaces Australia's most popular skid steer loader the Bobcat 753.

Taking performance to a higher level the Bobcat S130 is equipped with a Tier II compliant direct injection (DI) V2203-DI Kubota diesel engine rated at 36 kW an increase of 2 kW. From this change of power plant, several improvements are evident; they include lower emissions to meet tough European standards, increased overall power, improved cooling, better starting and a decrease in fuel consumption.

Other improvements include increased auxiliary flow from 60 litre's per-minute, (lpm) to 64 lpm, resulting in faster cycle times. Also the Bobcat S130 has an increased travel speed of 11.8 km/hr compared to 10.6 km/hr featured on the superseded Bobcat 753 skid steer loader.

Other features include the Bobcat Interlock Control System (BICS) for safety. Deluxe cab, dual path cooling system, front and rear lights, optional advanced Control System (ACS) for foot or hand control of lift and tilt functions, cab heat and air conditioning, and a deluxe instrument panel with keyless start security system.

The Bobcat S130 is a versatile machine that has a turning circle of just 1828 mm giving it access to space restricted areas and is compatible to all attachments suited to the older Bobcat 700 skid steer loader models.

With new product features, enhanced machine performance and productivity, as well as improved operating comfort; the Bobcat S130 with an operating capacity of 635 kg and an operating weight of 2150 kg is an ideal machine for the construction, landscaping, agriculture, horticultural and recycling industries.

As pictured the Bobcat S130 is fitted with the Bobcat Tiller attachment. The Tiller attachment is well matched for the S130 as this machine was designed with landscapers in mind. This attachment can be used to break up lumpy ground, to condition or aerate damaged soil and is widely used to mix compost and other nutrients into soil.

The Bobcat Tiller attachment is suitable for all G and S series Bobcat skid steer loaders, Track loaders and the Bobcat MT 50.
