Bobcat Australia introduces the ideal winter tool - the Bobcat SB200 Snowblower. With a discharge chute angle of 270 degrees and driven by the machines' hydraulics, the Snowblower is able to throw snow up to 12 meters. The Snowblower features a direct-drive hydraulic motor for the fan and auger eliminating high-wear items such as gearboxes, chains, sprockets, and shear pins.

With the required attachment control kit all functions of the SB200 including start/stop of the auger and fan, chute rotation and angle of the chute deflector are fingertip controlled. The SB200 comes standard equipped with a 7-pin attachment control harness.

Compatible to all Bobcat high-flow models, the SB200 Snowblower enables the operator to work in tight quarters where only a Bobcat loader can fit. There is a complete range of Snowblower's available to suit all current models of Bobcat loaders.

As pictured, the Bobcat SB200 Snowblower is put to good use by the Snowy Hydro Authority during the winter months. The A.C.T. area Bobcat dealer, Formach, delivered the Snowblower to the Snowy Hydro Authority to complement their new S250 Hi Flow Skid Steer Loader, arriving just in time for the 2004 snow season. The Bobcat is road registered and is currently being used in the small community of Cabramurra, home to approximately 100 Snowy Hydro Authority personnel and their families, to clear snow from around the shopping centre and hostel, as well as general drive-way clean-up.
